Information integration and correlation
Map relevant data sources and how their information relates. Define the interfaces, data structures and context needed to bring those sources into a coherent view.
Bring operational information into context.
When operational information is spread across systems, the challenge is knowing what matters and what to do next. Bespoke platform design focuses on the sources, interfaces and workflows needed to give decision-makers a coherent operational view.

A unified interface is useful only when it answers relevant questions. What needs attention? Which sources provide the context? What does a user need to understand before taking the next step?
Those questions define the purpose of the platform. Data access, information quality, user roles and workflow requirements determine what an engagement can address.

Dashboard and monitoring work may include configurable views of relevant status and context. The design should reflect the available information and the operational questions it is intended to support.
Define how an event or condition may be surfaced, reviewed and acted upon. Alert criteria, escalation and human decision points can be specified within the agreed scope rather than assumed from a generic dashboard.
Source and user discovery can inform the architecture, interfaces, integration and scenario-based validation included in scope. Permissions, update requirements and operating responsibilities need to be defined for the particular environment.
According to scope, deliverables may include a source inventory, information model, integration specification, prototype or bespoke platform components, dashboard and workflow definitions, validation notes and handover documentation.
The capability is bespoke platform design and development. Deployment, continuous operation and service-level commitments are separate matters to be agreed for an engagement.
Describe the decisions you need to support, the information involved and the limitations of the current workflow. Start at a high level; access to systems or sensitive operational data is not needed for an initial inquiry.
